After thirteen years a smoker, I was growing increasingly concerned that I'd be a smoker for life. I'd tried everything to quit - patches, gum, quit smoking books, 'vaping' (electronic cigarettes), cold turkey- all to no avail. Not even a health scare as serious as aggressive periodontitis could force me to quit (that's right, not the gum disease gingivitis, or advanced gingivitis or even straight periodontitis - mine was aggressive, the worst kind of gum disease meaning my teeth would fall out if left untreated and if I didn't quit smoking). I'd quit for small periods - a week, a month, a few months - but I was always irritable and on edge. Cravings (which were the most difficult part) always got the better of me and I'd cave. I'd even quit for one to two years in between but I'd turn to it in times of stress and just couldn't shake the habit. Desperate to quit and after a recommendation from a colleague who'd successfully quit with Gareth from Mindframe Hypnotherapy after a decade as a smoker, I made an appointment with him. After just one session, I quit smoking. No cravings, no irritability and no effort. Over seven months later and I am still enjoying and celebrating being free. Gareth was professional, refreshingly honest and realistic about what I could expect and incredibly knowledgeable. He was efficient and made the entire process easy. The positive results speak for themselves and I highly recommend him.

I started smoking when I was 13. I'm 28 now. i tried absolutely everything to quit smoking from patches, nicotine gum. nothing worked. Between my anxiety issues and my nicotine addiction. When I thought nothing was going to work I found Gareth online. with excellent reviews. I thought i could give it a go. So after our first session I did not touch a cigarette ever again. I still had a second session. Just to make sure i would never smoke again. and learn and teach my sub conscience how to deal with anxiety and how much harm I was doing to myself by smoking and keep on having negative thoughts triggering my smoking habits. Its been 3 months and I haven't touched a cigarette ever again. I don't even think about it, other than what a harmful thing is to smoke and what it could do to my body and life. Thanks you so much Gareth I would totally recommended. Nothing like getting help to get your subconscious thoughts fix.

These guys provide a great service. Cigarettes not only hurt smokers they hurt the people who care for them. My sister used hypnosis and she couldn't be happier!

I strongly believe that when you are hypnotized, you relax and concentrate more, and are more willing to listen to suggestions such as giving up smoking and other bad habits. A friend of mine successfully quit smoking and he used hypnosis. He ended up starting a few months later not that the hypnotherapy had anything to do with that. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

I have been a smoker since I was 16, so about 20 years. I decided to try hypnotherapy as a quitting method as nothing else has worked in the past. Going into the session I didn't know what to expect. I have waited 2 months before writing this review as I didn't want it to be flawed. I can safely say I have no cravings and no withdrawal symptoms since the stop smoking hypnosis session - give it go, it works!

I engaged the quit smoking hypnosis specialists due to trying to quit 4 times and having no success. After 1 session and 6 weeks later I still do not have the craving which is unbelievable - I had to write this review and give them a big thumbs up because I am now feeling better and have achieved my ultimate goal of given up smoking.
